Welcome to Learn English Creatively, operated by Clare Littleton.

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules governing the use of our website, digital educational resources, interactive learning activities and products.

By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, subject to your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

1. About Learn English Creatively

Learn English Creatively provides imaginative English language learning experiences through The Gobo Method.

Our Stage 1 Foundations programme includes eight lessons across four Forest Paths, combining interactive learning, grammar activities, games, storytelling and creative exploration.

Our resources are designed for children, families and individual English language learners. Parents or guardians are responsible for purchases made on behalf of children.

2. Our Products

Free Acorn Path

Free access to the first two lessons of Stage 1 Foundations, including selected learning activities and resources.

Registration may require a first name and email address.

Stage 1 Foundations Family Access — £39

A one-off purchase providing six months of access to the complete Stage 1 Foundations learning pathway for one household.

This includes all eight lessons, four Forest Paths, interactive activities, Forest Games, downloadable learning resources, The Great Greenwood story and audiobook, and access to view-only Miro activity boards.

There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal.

Personal Interactive Board Collection — £27.50

Eight editable Miro activity boards for one learner's personal, non-commercial educational use.

The boards can be duplicated into the purchaser's own Miro account and retained for personal learning.

This product is purchased separately and does not include access to the complete Stage 1 learning pathway.

The Great Greenwood — £7.99

A standalone digital storybook available for personal reading and enjoyment, in the format and with the features described on its product page.

The story is already included within the complete Stage 1 Foundations Family Access package.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be identified before payment.

3. Family Access and Duration

Stage 1 Foundations Family Access is valid for six months from the date access is provided.

Access is intended for one household and may be used by members of that household for personal educational purposes.

Access details and passwords must not be shared outside the household.

Family Access does not include commercial teaching rights, resale rights or permission to redistribute our resources.

At the end of the six-month period, hosted access may expire. Any extension or new access arrangement will be explained separately.

4. Personal Interactive Board Collection

Purchasers of the Personal Interactive Board Collection may duplicate the eight activity boards into their own Miro account and use them for personal educational activities.

The boards may be adapted for the learner's own use.

Purchasers must not resell, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit the original or modified boards.

The collection is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

A separate Miro account is required, and Miro's own terms, account requirements and technical limitations apply.

Once successfully duplicated into the purchaser's Miro account, the boards may be retained for personal use in accordance with this licence.

5. The Great Greenwood Digital Book

The Great Greenwood is supplied as a digital publication.

Purchasers receive permission to read and enjoy the book for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The purchase does not transfer copyright ownership or grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, resell or publish the book or its illustrations.

The format, access method and any included audio features are as described on the product page.

6. Free Access

The Free Acorn Path is provided as an introduction to The Gobo Method.

Free registration does not create a paid subscription or an obligation to purchase additional resources.

We may update or reorganise free resources over time.

7. Digital Delivery

Our products are delivered digitally through online access, downloadable instructions or digital publications.

Following a successful purchase, customers receive the information necessary to access their purchased product.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and keeping access details secure.

If you experience problems receiving or accessing a product, please contact us for assistance.

8. Payments

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

Our advertised products are one-off purchases.

We do not automatically renew Family Access or charge recurring subscription fees for the products described in these Terms.

We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Our products include digital content and hosted online learning access.

Where UK consumer cancellation rights apply, online purchases generally carry a 14-day cancellation period, subject to the legal rules governing digital content and services.

For immediately supplied digital content, the right to cancel may be lost once supply begins, provided the customer has given the legally required express consent, acknowledged the loss of cancellation rights and received the required confirmation.

Different cancellation rules may apply to ongoing hosted learning services.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts statutory rights relating to products or services that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

10. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All original lesson materials, stories, illustrations, interactive activities, games, worksheets and educational resources remain the intellectual property of Clare Littleton and/or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a product grants the specific personal usage rights described in its licence.

Unless expressly permitted, customers must not:

• Resell or redistribute learning materials.

• Publish our resources on other websites.

• Share passwords or restricted access links outside the permitted users.

• Use personal learning resources for commercial teaching or resale.

• Claim ownership of The Gobo Method's original materials.

11. Children and Parental Responsibility

Our learning resources may be used by children under adult supervision.

Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether the activities and third-party platforms are suitable for their children.

Children should not independently provide payment information or create third-party accounts where age restrictions or parental consent requirements apply.

We encourage parents and guardians to support younger learners when using interactive activities and external learning platforms.

12. Third-Party Educational Platforms

Our resources may use third-party services, including Miro, Genially and Heyzine.

These services have their own terms, privacy policies and technical requirements.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of independent third-party platforms, although this does not affect our legal obligations for products and services we supply.

13. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website and learning pathways accessible and functioning correctly.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems or third-party services.

We may update and improve resources over time, subject to our obligations to customers who have purchased access.

14. Privacy and Cookies

We handle personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details about how personal information is collected, used and protected.

Essential cookies may be required for website operation. Non-essential cookies will be subject to consent where legally required.

15. Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care in preparing and providing our educational resources.

Learning outcomes vary according to individual circumstances, participation and other factors. We do not guarantee any particular examination result or level of language proficiency.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to our products, services or legal requirements.

The terms applicable to an accepted purchase will normally be those provided at the time of purchase, unless changes are required by law or otherwise lawfully agreed.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's country of residence.
