At Learn English Creatively, we want our customers to enjoy exploring and learning through The Gobo Method.
This policy explains the cancellation and refund arrangements for our digital educational products.
1. Our Digital Products
Our products include:
Stage 1 Foundations Family Access — £39: Six months of access to our complete online learning pathway.
Personal Interactive Board Collection — £27.50: Eight editable Miro activity boards for personal educational use.
The Great Greenwood — £7.99: A standalone digital storybook.
All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are supplied, and customers are not required to return products by post.
2. Your Right to Cancel
Under applicable UK consumer law, online purchases generally have a 14-day cancellation period, subject to the rules for digital content and services.
For digital content supplied immediately, you may lose the right to cancel simply because you have changed your mind once supply begins, provided you have expressly consented to immediate delivery, acknowledged the loss of that right and received the required confirmation.
If those requirements have not been met, your applicable statutory cancellation rights remain in place.
The cancellation rules for ongoing online learning access may differ from those for immediately supplied digital downloads.
3. Faulty or Inaccessible Products
If your purchased product is faulty, not as described or cannot be accessed as promised, please contact us.
We will investigate the issue and aim to resolve it promptly.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may involve restoring access, correcting a problem, providing a replacement or issuing a refund or price reduction.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
4. Family Access
Stage 1 Foundations Family Access provides six months of access to the complete online learning pathway.
It is a one-off purchase, not a recurring subscription.
If you experience problems accessing your lessons or resources, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide assistance.
Any applicable cancellation or refund rights relating to your hosted learning access will be honoured in accordance with consumer law.
5. Personal Interactive Board Collection
The Personal Interactive Board Collection is delivered digitally and requires a suitable Miro account.
Customers receive instructions for accessing and duplicating the activity boards.
If the boards cannot be accessed or duplicated as described, please contact us so that we can help resolve the problem.
Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain applicable.
6. The Great Greenwood Digital Book
The Great Greenwood is supplied as a digital publication.
If you experience problems accessing the book, or if the product is faulty or not as described, please contact us for assistance.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Include your name, order number, purchase date and a brief explanation of your request.
You may also use this email address to make a clear statement that you wish to exercise a statutory cancellation right.
We will review your request and respond as promptly as reasonably possible.
Where a refund is due, it will be issued within the applicable legal timeframe, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
